"Most everything was fine but was a little confused by the check in on a machine"

"My wife and I went to the Lake for swimming and fishing. Although the room was not brand new it had everything we wanted. A big Jacuaai Tub / Large fridge / nice shower/ big TV and a comfortable bed. The fishing aand swimming were a walk away. The manager Rene was very helpful/ We will stay there again."

"You can kind of tell from the musty walls and name brand "Jaccuzi" tub in the bathroom that this Days Inn in Effington was once a nice motel. Now, in 2025, it's an $80 place to get 8 hours of sleep before getting back on the road. Hot Tip: Their system will say it can't charge your credit card for the $100 deposit, even if you have money. This is so they can get you to leave a cash deposit, where their receipt sheet said they have accepted as little as $26 deposit for the night. Make sure to get this cash before you check out else it'll be gone!"
