"The room was dirty cat food under where the TV was cat toys under sofa film around the hot tub and saw bugs. The young man at the desk was very polite and helpful. The woman owner was very rude and was very ignorant in her word choices basically racially profiled my girlfriend that was with me. Will never go here ever again."

"It was the worst hotel. I checked in early went to a wedding. Went to my room about 12 am went to go in there were people in the room called front office gave me another room walked in it was dirty and smelled like urine walked out handed key in drop box. Never stayed put complaint into Expedia waiting to see if I get a refund. This place is disgusting 😡. Will never stay there ever."

Appreciated water upon arrival (this didn't happen at my Boston Hampton stay because I wasn't the right Hilton Honors level.). I loved the bathroom lighting and this was probably my best Hampton stay."
