「I was never told that this property had air-conditioning only in the master bedroom. The rest of the comdo unit had no air-conditioning and it was hot. The bathrooms were badly in need of upgrades - smelly toilet, cracked countertops, old fixtures, etc. Kitchen was super old, with microwave door that does not fully open, no cooking fan, etc. Carpets were so worn out and old. We saw a giant centipede on our first night snd also tiny ants everywhere. Will not rent here again.」

「The property tho old, it was kept clean and semi updated. Our 1 bedroom 2 bath had a small 110 a/c unit in the living, dining and kitchen area and nothing in the bedroom. Had to call and get a fan for the bedroom and they couldn’t bring it until the next day. We had to go to Walmart and buy one. Had to sleep with window open and it was still hot with 2 fans blowing. Had to request and pay for any housekeeping. No washer or dryer in the rooms but was on the same floor. Had to pay and wash towels...
