「I wasn't expecting something fancy for the price I paid but these premises need a lot of maintenance, I would have slept there if there was no humidity but the smell of it was unbearable even tho we swapped room 3 times .. I think this was my only time here .」

「This hotel was ok. We were expecting a little nicer since we went with the more expensive hotel, so we were a bit disappointed with the upkeep of the rooms. The shower looked very old and rusty in areas, the hallways had a strange odor, and the breakfast left much to be desired. On a positive note, the rooms were very spacious and seemed to be clean. The sheets were very wrinkly and had some staining, but I think they were clean. Several of the outlets next to each bed were either inaccessible,...

「Our first stay at one of your properties. There seemed to be a few things missing…a clock in the room, shower gel, and make up remover wipes. These are regularly included in other hotels where we’ve stayed.
The breakfast was very good and Warren, the breakfast attendant, was very helpful and kept items well stocked and extremely clean. He makes a very good waffle too.
Our room was very comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful.」
