Upon arrival reservation I requested a non smoking room. The room I was giving was caked in cigarette residue to the point that everything was yellowed and musty. They were very accommodating switching my rooms. But the new room didn’t have a tv remote, the sheets were stained, there were no cups or utensils as advertised for an extended stay. The stove was rusted. I had no intention of using it, just pointing out that everything was outdated. I went to dry my hair in the morning (assuming extended stay had a hair dryer because regular hotels do too.) it did have a hair dryer but when I went to plug it in, the plug piece retracted into the plug and rattled around like they had been broken off. Fire hazard. I called the front desk 6 times from the room with no response, and 3 time from my cell to the front desk, no response. When I did eventually get ahold of someone, she was very nice and said she’d check to see if they had another hairdryer around but probably not. Never heard back. I waited around to check out at the desk for 30 mins with no way of contacting anyone to check out and eventually just had to leave. I didn’t expect much, and I just wanted a bed for the night. But I expected what the extended stay advertised as bare minimum.

Front desk staff were very nice and extra helpful. The property overall, and my room, were in need of renovation. Wear to carpet, walls, and furniture was obvious. However my one-night stay was acceptable and affordable and safe.

The inside of the property is old, outdated and in really bad condition. The staff and neighborhood are nice though. Really needs to be cleaned and remodeled. Carpets are filthy throughout the hotel.

Clean room, very accommodating room attendant, friendly staff, grab and go breakfast… the only problem that I encountered was that I had requested a stair free room but was given a third floor room in a building lacking an elevator. Got plenty of leg exercises in a week!

My room was extremely dirty stains in the shower and also there where stains on my sheets, towel and washcloths had a musk smell. It looked like my room was used before me, and they never had a chance to clean it.

The refrigerator didn't work and my food spoiled. I had to fight to get them to change my room and than I was woken up at midnight asking who put me in the room and why. I got woken up again at 6am asking the same questions. It was a horrible experience. Both rooms were in bad condition, stains on the carpet, bathtub needing repair, ripped chairs, etc.

When I arrived at 7 pm with a confirmed reservation, I was informed that they could not provide me -- or anyone else -- with a room. Because no employees had shown up for work -- so no rooms were cleaned, no one could check in, no rooms could be provided. Fortunately, two GMs from other locations had just arrived, and they were able to book me a room at another location.

Our room had a GIANT stain in th middle of the floor that looked like someone had been murdered. The water in the room (sinks and shower) NEVER got warm. The door to pir room was extremely difficult to open to the poont we were concerned we would not be able to get out. We were informed there was breakfast in the morning, however, breakfast consisted of 2 different prepackaged muffins, one type of granola bar, hot water and coffee. Im general it looked like things were falling apart and not well maintained or even useful.

I'm requesting refund & Expedia needs to speak to Sam/front desk. Room was filthy/ dirty kleenex on bedside table; tub gross w/black dirt & mildew; trash on floor outside hallway. Worst issue key wouldn't work after i went to get pkg from car. Went to desk 2times to get new card & still didn't work. Sam came w/override device & still couldn't get in! Called mgr & she gave info to unlock...Sam said he would make sure i coulf get in after 11pm but gave me no access card. After this 50 min delay & looking around to see the roll away beds & filth; i gathered my belongings & went to desk & requested refund & advised i was leaving! Sam advised i had to go thru Expedia to get refund I'm requesting full refund immediately!
