It’s a budget hotel and it’s just what you pay for. It’s cheap, relatively clean, smells like Indian food, but if you don’t want to pay much, it’s in an excellent location with a lot of amenities near by. I liked it.
I was able to check in relatively easily and the staff was courteous enough to help with me checking in so late at night. Picture illustrated was as described in the advertisement. Checkout was relatively easy.
Excellent place with all the amenities needed at a reasonable price. Courteous and helpful staff. My favorite for Cincinnati trips.

Liked: Staff & service
One of the most affordable hotels in the area. However the first room i got on the first floor had roaches. 1 large roach and a few baby roaches in the bathroom by the sink. 1 baby roach on one of the mattress pillows.
Front desk gave me a new room on the 2nd floor, no signs of roaches.
So if you stay here its a gamble on the 1st floor for roaches, ask to get a 2nd floor room. Other than that no issues, front desk was nice & professional.
Very close drive to Kings Island & Waffle House just outside.
The room could have used a bit of a better cleaning. My friends room had peeled pieces of floor molding and some completely removed.
The fake wood ripped off the drawer and revealed the cork board.
Bed was comfy at least, couldn’t hear others.
It was convenient being able to check in whenever too.
This was a super nice hotel. Our room was one of the nicer I have stayed in at this price range! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the room was clean. Couldn’t ask for more for that price!
The only drawback to this stay was that the light did not always turn on on the first try -- but it did always come on! Having Fox News on in the breakfast room was less than enjoyable, but it was good to have a free breakfast, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were lovely!
The staff were very nice, but unfortunately that's about the only good thing I can say. The bathroom door wouldn't shut by about 2 inches. The toilet seat needed work. We screwed it down as best we could, but it needs replaced. The toilet needed a good scrub. The fire alarm went off each day until the fire dept came to turn it off. Aggravating for us, but also not a good use of their resources. Also note, no elevator. So if you have issues with steps then ask for a 1st floor room. But...it was budget friendly and a convenient location! So just keep that in mind. And again, the staff were all nice.
This place was a nightmare . Room is got was severely sub standard compared to the photos that made me book at this hotel . Want to stay in a dorm room with chew holes in the walls and chewed up furniture- literally 😫 want to sleep on a matress that looks like it was found beside a dumpster ? Stay here . The fire alarms went off during my stay and I ws told to stay in my room and go back to bed !!! . Spotlight pointed right at my first floor window . Zero privacy . Adjoining room with a stranger who i could hear like she was in my room . Hotel cleaning staff with her cleaning card enjoying the guest breakfast in the lobby ...this place is a nightmare . I cleaned up the cigarette butts near the entrance because I was tired of looking at it and im a smoker so thats really saying something . I know you get what you pay for but I cojld have enjoyed my stay more in my vehicle in the parking lot . Staff at the desk doesnt care about guests at all
