"Checked in around 5:30 pm Aug. 7 for a long weekend to relax and get married. First night, went to shower—the shower head fell off, so no shower. Called the number in my email; no other room was available, just one to shower in briefly, then return. We asked for a refund to stay at a hotel—denied, offered $30 credit.
