"Huge rooms awesome location 10/10"

"We didn’t manage to stay there as was able to book online but when we arrived they said that we had been tricked and they didn’t have any room. I showed them my receipt and they still said we had been tricked. Don’t check computer at any stage. Left us nowhere to stay that evening "

"The staff was loveky, bery helpful and super nice to have a spa onsite. The room was comfortable, well taken care of and spacious. Whoa what a view! Right on the river and easily accessible to the Dragon bridge, shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend and look forwRd to visiting again. Thank you, team Happy Day!"

"The pictures were NOTHING like the property. It was very old and dirty. Check in was done on paper. Zero amenities. Walls and bathroom had visible mold and dirt. The house shoes were also very old and there was an old towel coming out of bathroom. Key was a normal house key and door was not secure. We walked out 5 min after going in and lost 4 nights that we paid for and went to a new hotel. It took us 20 minutes to find a car that would come get us because it was so far from town. "
