"This place is awesome and close by the beach within a minute to two walk only. The staff was super friendly and always keep the house clean everyday with fresh new towels and blankets. Xuân, who greeted us when we arrived there. Was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful through-out our stay there with all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. "Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. "I liked the location and the breakfast buffets. My only issue is how hot the air conditioning is. I had asked for the air conditioner to be adjusted with the front desk staff on the first floor but nothing was done. My sister who stayed in a different room also asked the staff TWICE to help with the cooling in her room but the staff did nothing. Every morning I was waking up in a sweat and it was a terrible start to each day. I would not recommend this hotel due to the staff's ignorance and the controls they had in place to not allow customers to choose their level of comfort for cooling. I had paid extra for the premier services with the lounge (the lounge staff was good) but even with paying a higher fee, the room was so uncomfortable with how hot it was."

"I travelled with my wife and we both enjoyed our time at Four Points. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, with beach access right across the road in front. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. We had a beach view and it was very nice. Many amenities were with in walking distance and getting a Grab was easy. I would book here again."

"The videographer for the hotel was top notch, because while it looked similar in real life, it felt much smaller than the video. Most of the staff were excellent, others seemed indifferent. Breakfast is pretty nice, so are the drinks at the pool bar, but outside of that - I wouldn’t recommend the hotel food at all. Bring your own bath gel and shampoo, theirs had an odd scent. Overall nice place and perfect location, but construction of new hotel in front of Stella Maris definitely impacts beach views"

"My husband booked the romantic beach dinner for 2 people for my 50th bday... we can’t brag enough, compliments to the chef, all staff, service & organisation as it was wonderful. All the food was outstanding, the extras, wine, roses & capturing our night with photos/recordings. Thank you to our personal waitress “Nghia” who made the night exceptionally special with her warmth, great personality, service & her English speaking skills. We loved everything- thank you! Hotel is exceptional for singles, couples & families. Pool area is amazing. The only downside to the hotel & improvement which could be worked on is the poolside service (no-one comes around to ask if you would like drinks & the level of English spoken is quite low)."

"Absolutely love this place. Great located hotel surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, massage shops, everything you need to enjoy your trip. Friendly and helpful staff and the hotel has its own taxi service which is cheap and convenient. Amazing pool on the roof with bar serving food & cheap drinks. Free afternoon tea everyday so you can have a coffee, cake and some fruit while topping up your tan. Rooms are clean & comfortable and serviced daily. Beach is literally across the street."

"We stayed in a beachfront balcony room, and it was absolutely incredible. Waking up to uninterrupted ocean views and relaxing on the balcony was unforgettable. One of the most unique features was the stunning glass shower, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking beach view while showering. It truly felt like luxury at its finest and made our stay even more memorable."
