From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An.

GREAT FAMILY AND GREAT LOCATION!!!

Ms Ten and her family are very welcoming! Her husband Ken came picked us up in DaNang and brought us to their Homestay. Ms. Ten cooked us meals (not in our plan), gave us snacks and directed us to the proper places for better prices. Only 2 blocks from the river or touristy part of old town. Service and price was amazing!!!!! NOTE: FAMILY STAYS ARE NOT JUST A ROOM IN THE HOUSE. YOU GET A FULL ON ENSUITE WITH BALCONY!! VERY PRIVATE. Lovely Family!!!!

Clean and modern

Great stay at Miss Tens. Miss Ten is very helpful, attentive snd friendly. Our room was upgraded for free as the hotel was quiet. The room was very clean. The shower in the room was the beat we have had on our 6 week trip. Miss ten organised private transport to Da Nang airport for a better price than we could have got in shared transport. Highly recommend this due to its cleanliness. The images on the website do reflect what the rooms are like.

Excellent location to dozens of restaurants and street food vendors, 1 1/2 blocks from the night market, 8 blocks to the day market, 2 blocks to the river, lantern boats and a vibrant night life of lights and music. Miss Ten is the most attentive, caring, thoughtful person you will ever meet. She says she is there to serve you. She helps you make all your tours and travel plans, directs you to the most affordable shops, recommends excellent restaurants and entertainment, and provides convenient transportation. She invited us to her annual News Years party and surprised us with treats. Her family is lovely and it was a real gift to find her. We stayed in the large second floor bedroom with balcony.

Staying at the Miss Ten home stay has been a highlight of my trip. Miss Ten and her family are some of the best people in the whole world. They really treat you like family. The home stay is in a great location, very clean, and cozy. You will be happy you stayed here!

Amazing place

What can I say? Miss Ten really made us feel like home, the service was top notch from the very first minute. This might be the best homestay I have ever stayed at, and I know for sure that I will return one day. Really special experience, cannot rate any higher.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with Miss Ten. The spacious room was amazing with a balcony and large window, beautiful bathroom, and a hot enclosed shower. Each morning we were greeted warmly by Miss Ten who served us authentic coffee and prepared for us a delicious breakfast. Any questions we had were answered, and any needs we had were fulfilled. The location was just perfect, so close to the river, restaurants and all Hoi An’s ancient district’s bustling activities. It was difficult for us to leave such a wonderful accommodation, and such a warm host and her family.

宿の値段から考えたら大満足です。おばちゃんもこちらから要望をしっかり伝えればとても親切です。ロケーションもいいです。 一応留意点を書いておきます。下記が無理だと思ったらもうちょっとだけ宿のランクを上げると良いと思います。 ・エレベーターないです ・部屋に無料のボトルウォーターないです（カウンター後ろにキッチンがあり、そこで浄水器付の蛇口から汲めるぽいです。私は前のホテルでもらった分が余っていたので利用しませんでした） ・英語が通じにくいです。簡単な単語、短い文章で！ ・シャワーの水圧弱いです ・エアコンが効き始めるまで時間かかります。一旦効いてきたら大丈夫です

Highly-recommended lovely homestay

We loved our stay at Miss Ten Homestay. It’s a home away from home and Miss Ten and her family made us feel very welcome. She also makes the best egg coffee!! Better than the ones in the cafes so please try it! Her Homestay is really clean, nice, and well kept! The location is perfect. It’s right in the heart of Hoi An but it’s tucked away from the loud busy area with tons of tourists. I would 110% stay here again next time!

Our time at Miss Ten Homestay was great. Miss Ten is such a kind and caring person! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay with absolutely nothing to worry about. Whenever we came back from the town, she was there with a smile and some treats waiting for us. She also makes great breakfast! Miss Ten Homestay is in a great location, literally 2 mins walk from the old town. The property was always clean. We booked a double room that didn’t have a window, but had everything you need - working AC, hot water with good pressure, mini bar with cold drinks at supermarket prices and a tv with a couple of English channels. If we are back in Hoi An, we will definitely stay at Miss Ten Homestay again.

COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! Miss Ten is so nice and has many years of working with foreigners so her English and level of service is unmatched. The property is brand new and looks like it. Absolutely spotless. Perfect location just next to night market. It was like staying with an auntie and we really enjoyed that. She was always available and gave local advice for all our needs. Traveler tip; try her egg coffee. I don’t drink coffee, but I got drank it twice and loved it. Next time I’m in Hoi An I will stay here.

반나절 정도 있었지만 너무 친절하고 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주려는 마음이 보였습니다. 위치는 올드타운 입구에서 아주 가깝고 야시장에 바로 있어 밤 늦게 관광하고 싶은 분에게 최고로 좋은 위치입니다.
