"I needed a place to lay my head. Mainstream inn was clean and comfortable. As a solo female, I felt safe there. I’m not one to need very many amenities. I typically don’t go to the breakfasts. There is none here, so it’s not a big deal for me. If you’re looking for fancy amenities, move on. "

"Great value hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom. Rooms are a bit dim, but it didn’t bother me personally. It’s no longer a Best Western. It’s a Red Roof Inn. It’s only 2 floors but there is no elevator. The staff however was very friendly, helpful, and quick to address any needs I had. We even got an upgrade for free simply for asking!! Overall, great stay for the price!! "

"If I could give this place zero stars I would it was absolutely disgusting. Our socks and feet were covered in black from the dirt on the floors. There was dried pee on the toilet. I am almost positive no one cleaned that room. There was stuff on the bed makeup still on the towels. Crumbs all on the floor you couldn’t even see out of the peep hole to look outside because it was covered with paint. We also saw a roach crawl into the sink. "I was in a room with a king size bed with a friend. I asked for another set of towels. I was told that rooms with king size beds only get one set. I went higher and was told I could get another set but the cleaning ladies said no. They said it's against the policy. It does not make sense. Now there are two ladies telling me I can't get towels for the other person in my room even though the person at the front desk said yes.
