"It’s fine for a base to stay, and nice that it’s in a quieter part of Venice away from too much of the usual touristy noise. Don’t expect anything fancy by any means though. "

"Very clean room, helpful and pleasant staff, near the tram and bus stops, quiet area.
Not so many facilities in the room, just basics, they could have a few more options for breakfast (good price though with 10€ per person).
If you don't find a place to stay in Venice Centre I would strongly recommended it."
