Had a really nice stay here, it's in a nice area of Venice close enough to the main attractions but without the busy crowds. Noel who works at the property was super friendly and offered advice and recommendations for Venice.

This was the cutest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Just note the shower is tiny, for one person. The decor was antique, so pretty! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The handyman, Noel, was so helpful and nice. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Lovely clean room in a quiet well located area. Nice restaurants nearby and easy to walk to all the main sights of Venice. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing experience. The location was perfect—close to everything but tucked away just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Noel was a fantastic host: very responsive, helpful with local tips, and made check-in super easy. It was my second time in Venice, and I regretted not staying at Ca Beatrice before as it is a very well located property, and the staff is also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to any couple or friends looking for a quiet and honest place to stay.

The host used WhatsApp to communicate how to check into the place and was super easy. He even sends pictures of what to look for. The patio on our room was so nice to relax and it was great to have a little kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay in Venice! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Venice! The hotel was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to local shops and great places to eat. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with any questions or recommendations. One of the highlights was the "Garden Bar" just below the hotel—perfect for stopping by for a drink or a coffee. It really added to the charm of the stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!
