The room was set up for 5 people it was smaller and different than the pictures. I was initially not happy, the check in was not as easy but partially it was my fault. Once I seen how clean and thoughtful the things provided were it changed my mind. The location is great the room had everything we needed. Please note there’s about 3 stairs to go up.

We enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t far from the train station and the location was quiet and nice. There a cafe’s right outside of the door. Make sure you email the staff of the time you plan to arrive. I didn’t and had to scramble to get the info needed to get into the property. They responded quickly and we were able to get in right away with their help.

Great place very comfy.

The hotel was great, very clean with cold A/C. GPS took us right to the Area, but was confusing trying to find the right door. There was no signage, luckily had other friends staying there so showed how to go thru the correct door. The location was great, only negative was it was confusing to find, otherwise would recommend staying here while in Venice.

Property is in great location. Quiet and safe. Place itself is very clean. The host is very generous with drinks and snacks. My kids said they can live here forever. perfect score for us!

Great property! Easy to check in and get signed in. Property was very clean and closely located and in walking distance to food and shopping. The apartment door was probably the most secure door I've ever seen.

The penthouse apartment was perfect for our family of three. The rental was modernized and decorated beautifully. It is a quiet location and has several restaurants near by. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The thoughtful touches of provided drinks and snacks was perfect.

It was a very bad experience as we weren’t able to enter the hotel apartment with the key as it wasn’t fit into the key hole for some reason. Called the host (Nicole) & was not helpful at all, After an hour, the cleaning lady came with the spare key. She tried for 30mins & it didn’t work either. Nicole didn’t offer help until we asked for a solution as it was almost 1030pm. She even ignored our call & WhatsApp messages. All our stuff was inside the room & we just flew in from Hong Kong after a 13hrs long haul flight + 2 hrs train from Milan to Venice & had nothing to change for the night. They then moved us to the nearby hotel, we slept in our dirty clothes & I didn’t even take off my contact lens. It was an extremely tough night for me & my daughter. The locksmith came the next morning & opened the door eventually but the host never apologize or showed any courtesy. Even the stranger guy next door offered the living room for us to stay overnight but we kindly rejected. Overall the experience was a nightmare & we are very disappointed. Nicole was like disappeared & never asked how we were or check in with us after the chaotic episode, as if we were at fault & she has nothing to do with this. If the key/ lock is so unreliable & easily locked people the out, suggest they have to change it to a better lock. They obviously not caring for the guests & has no sense of urgency. We were questioned if we went to the correct room and using the same key for we only have 1 key assigned!

Lots of construction nearby, and somewhat difficult to find. Helpful host, but coffee machine uses pods that cannot be found nearby, stove took hours to figure out. Not the best experience. Will not use this host again.
