"Requested smoke-free room-my room smelled horribly of smoke immediately when you opened the door. It says non-smoking facility and all you can smell is cigarettes. The staff was never at the front desk. I had to call twice to check in. The buffet was just a typical continental breakfast. Room has holes in the wall, holes in bedding, TV didn’t work, chipped paint/missing paint on the door. Don’t waste your money!"

"Place was filthy"

"This hotel is in the middle of a remodel. The front desk staff was very helpful and expedient. We stayed on the 4th floor and entered through a side door. The hallway was recently painted but the new floor was filthy. Our room was recently remodeled. The floor was very dirty And the bathroom floor was so bad I put towels down as I didn't want to walk on it in my bare feet. I would avoid this hotel until the remodel is finished. "

"When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. "
