Find another hotel! This hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The room hadn't been cleaned before check-in, and the staff acted as if asking them to mop up the puddle on the floor and remove the stained sheets was a burden.

I have never stayed in a room that had so many flies . They had 2 fly traps hanging from the ceiling. Never seen that before in a hotel room.

This was the dirtiest motel we have ever stayed at. So dirty, we almost simply just drove on home instead of staying. Had our event gotten over sooner, we would have. The carpets were disgusting, the walls had paint coming off, the doors were "used" and the ceilings were gross. Both bathtubs were at least 30 years old and disgusting. In the other room we had, my daughter killed a roach. She then immediately took all her things back out to her car. Nothing like killing insects and re-packing at midnight! And I'm not sure about today's television situation, but we couldn't even watch a local channel. The TV was useless. It was best though, as the sooner we could close our eyes for 4 hours, the sooner we could get out of dodge. No. We did not attempt to eat breakfast. The dining area was also dilapidated. It was the earliest my family has checked out of a room EVER. We will never be staying at a Quality in again...EVER.

While the bed was very comfortable and the shower did have great pressure, there were other things that could have been addressed. First off was the cracked mirror as we walked into the room. It went from the top to the bottom. It was apparent that something hit it to cause the damage. The selection for breakfast was pretty good but nothing we ate was great except the cereal and waffles. We stayed here because we have a dog and they did allow pets. The room was relatively inexpensive, so we got what we paid for.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom was not in the best shape but water was hot. Breakfast decent. Indoor pool was cold and outdoor pool needed some attention. Had to call in a noise complaint late at night. The environment around the property did not make us feel 100% safe at times. Had to dispute an additional charge on the room. A bit of a communication issue with the front desk staff.
