The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "A estadia na Pousada vida boa , foi tranquila , favorável , a pousada é bem localizada ,perto de muitos comércios e supermercado excelente. O quartode casal é pequeno, mas dá pra passar bem , o funcionava direitinho , a tv não funcionava direito, o banheiro não tinha papel nem sabonete , o quarto quando chegamos tava com cheiro de mofo muito forte , porém depois do ar ligado sumiu , o chuveiro funcionou direitinho ,havia banho quente .
