Pousada bonita, bem localizada, funcionários educados. Alguns pontos negativos: 1) Reservei 2 quartos duplos standard, que de acordo com o descritivo do site tinham 1 cama de casal e 1 cama de solteiro. No check in, o funcionário da recepção disse que estava errado, que quarto duplo é só cama de casal, mas que ia me colocar num quarto triplo, como realmente fez. Falha no descritivo do site, mas foi apresentada solução. 2) Chuveiros entupidos nos dois quartos, pedimos manutenção, mas não foi atendido. Ok, deu pra usar.

Minha estadia foi razoável. Ponto positivo pra limpeza dos quartos, lençois estavam muito limpos e com cheiro agradável. O que decepcionou foi o estado dos móveis do quarto. O staff é muito prestativo e simpático. Ponto negativo pro café da manha: poucas opções e o suco servido era de pózinho, artificial. Deixou a desejar. O horario do café da manha tambem nao agradou, só inicia as 07:30.

Estadia agradável!

A pensão é boa, fica perto da praia das dunas. O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários muito atenciosos. O único ponto negativo é que dos 5 dias que fiquei lá, 3 a TV ficou fora do ar.

Fui para passar o final de semana com a minha família e pudemos aproveitar bastante. A localização é muito boa. A pousada poderia apenas trocar o ar condicionado por um menos barulhento e para mim, o colchão era muito mole. O clima é agradável e a pousada é muito tranquila.

Caríssimo pelo que ofereceu

Não recomendo, a nossa acomodação foi horrível, quarto com colchão velho que afundava, travesseiro ruim, lençóis com cabelo, box do banheiro com cabelo do hospede anterior, muito caro pelo que ofereceu.

Foi bom. Chegamos bem mais cedo q o previsto e ficamos curtindo a piscina. Na foto a piscina parecia ser maior. Mas é pequena e gostosa . A pousada é aconchegante e simples. Os funcionários da pousada são bem profissionais não são muito de falar e pegar amizade. ( Senti falta de uma empolgação e animação nós funcionários ). O café da manhã é bom. Mas senti falta do pão de queijo.

Diante das fotos que vimos pelo site, parecia tudo bem aconchegante e etc. Porém quando chegamos lá, não foi nada do esperado. Apesar do ótimo atendimento da balconista. O restante muito abaixo do que mostram as fotos. Quartos muito pequeno. Localização em si é muito boa para passeio. Foi oque tive que fazer, Daí só íamos pra lá para dormir.

Pousada muito limpa, quarto espaçoso, só a cama que é pesima, fizemos uma solicitação aos funcionários e se não fosse possível atender era só trocar a gente de quarto e os mesmos simplesmente ignoraram e deixaram pra lá, a piscina é linda, mas quase todas as vezes que fomos ela estava suja, avisamos aos funcionários que estava suja, eles falavam que ia pedir pro rapaz da manutenção limpar mas sempre que a gente ia ela permanecia suja, microondas que eles disponibilizam pros hóspedes quase impossível utilizar, velho e extremamente sujo, café da manhã pra quem vai passar poucos dias é ótimo, mas muitos dias deixa a desejar, todos os dias é servido as mesmas coisas, de resto a estadia foi ótima, são apenas alguns pontos que a pousada precisa melhorar para se tornar um local 100% agradável.

Uma observação...

A pousada é muito boa. As acomodações também. Só fazemos uma ressalva quanto ao colchão e os travesseiros da cama. São muito moles. Não tivemos uma boa noite de sono, nem um dia que tenhamos acordado com dores na coluna durante a estadia. Colchão de espuma já bem gasto, dava pra sentir os itens contidos nele. Fiquem como sugestão de melhoria.

Une vraie Pousada calme et bien située

Véritable pousada colorée, avec gardien et grille (voitures surveillées), bien placé pour visiter Cabo Frio, ses plages et les environs (Buzios...). Calme et très bon petit déjeuner. Peu de personnel parle français ou anglais, d'où une certaine difficulté quand on ne parle pas le portugais ou l'espagnol. On y retournera si on a la chance de revisiter la Costa do Sol.

Valor da diaria

Tive apenas um probleminha quanto ao preço da diária, pois paguei o valor oferecido pelo site, e na hora da entrada, fui cobrado mais R$99,00, mas apesar do engano, tudo se esclareceu no final. Questionei também a duração da diária que não foi de 24h. Diária no meu entendimento é um dia, e um dia, tem 24h e não apenas 20h. No mais, gostaria de deixar os parabéns para todos os funcionários da Pousada pela atenção e educação. Dizer também que gostei da limpeza e organização.

Pousada bem localizada..Mas café dá manhã fraco e qualidade dependente dá quantidade de hóspedes presentes na pousada. Existem quartos com padrões MT diferentes mas quando vc optar por fazer a reserva isso não é mostrado. Ai..Você fica num quarto de frente para a rua enquanto que outro hóspede pelo mesmo valor fica em um quarto superior com vista parcial para o mar. Achei isso super injusto!
