"Room very dirty and old. Spiders. No towels or soap. Washroom door cracked. Bed sheets and cover so crappy and stained we slept on top. We got there late and left early "

"I understand the need for a night window, but hotels in general need to do a better job of making sure that the customer can hear what they are saying/asking - especially for us old folks who have hearing issues. This one was better than many (the drink and ice machines were separated from the lobby), but it was still hard to hear. The floor of the tub/shower was very slippery. Some kind of non-skid strips would be nice. Other than that, the facility was very nice."
