「The bathroom mirror was falling out of the frame. The wooden counters in the bathroom should be sanded and restored. The drawers in the small dresser were broken and falling apart.
The room was clean, but the curtains were sheers (someone could potentially see in). And the curtains were falling off the curtain rod.」

「This is a very nicely renovated property and right on the Hudson but I found the contactless approach to management odd as applied to this situation, such as demanding information on each person staying in the room, but with any personal presence from the owners. And note the trains are not just loud but very loud.」
