Miss Rose is a friendly, warm, hard-working employee . She usually is the one that takes your free lunch tickets at the entrance door. Nice hotel with great amenities perfect for family.. The gym was very nice clean and the machines all worked Beautiful pool and game room area. Our room stay was clean, and the thread and pillows were comfy, and the air conditioner worked very well.. We’ll definitely come back.. They also have a restaurant and also a happy hour which I have not gone to..

Average hotel. Weird layout. Needs bathrooms updated. Difficult to locate off the main rd. Poor signage. Bed was comfortable. Pool and game room looked nice but we didn’t use that. Staff professional but not especially friendly.

I booked the trip and paid in advance. I was traveling from out of state. The luggage was dropped off in the morning and in advance of check in. Upon returning later in the day for check in, the room had been given to someone else and there were no other rooms available….so another hotel had to be secured at a different location some miles away.

The hotel is old and weak. Stayed in a “Suite” that had water stains on ceiling, crud in the grout in the shower, and cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink counter top. Also wreaked like chlorine throughout, bags of garbage from rooms in hallways for extended periods of time, carts also littered the hall and never retrieved. Hotel could be nice, needs A LOT of TLC.

Worst motel stay ever. Have stayed at this mediocre overpriced motel over the past few years, but this stay was considerably worse. They are purposefully running it into the ground and still charging more than $350 per weekend night in the Fall. No cleaning despite multiple requests and reports of leaking shower, etc. This is a physically deteriorated, possibly unsafe facility.

The room & property were very clean. The staff outstanding. A special thank you to James at the front desk & Andrè in The Venue. Would suggest that at check in guests should be notified that housekeeping needs to be requested by 11:00 am (I didn’t notice the sign). For a nicer hotel, coffee should be available in lobby in addition to the small coffee maker in room. I would recommend to friends & family.

While the property was relatively clean and welcoming at the entrance, the state of the room we were given was deplorable. The musty/mildew smell in the room was immediately noticeable as was the uncleaned bathtub. After putting our bags in and opening the window, there was a strong smell of urine in the space near the window and we discovered the chair in the room had a very noticeable stain that could only be caused by someone urinating on it. Another room was not available and front desk sent us someone from maintenance to spray the room and remove the chair and we took care of washing the bathtub ourselves. The beds were comfortable and clean, so that is why we are not giving this hotel a complete 0 in our review.
