WM Farmer & Sons was a great boutique hotel. Location is amazing! We stayed in the Mercer suite & I would highly recommend. Great amenities, bed was unbelievably comfortable, and quiet. The common areas and outdoor space were beautiful. I will look forward to staying at this property again. We were there on a Wednesday and unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. Staff were great before, during, and after our stay. Absolutely 5 STARS

Great spot, nice rooms and very well located if you want to walk around Warren. Please note it’s close to train station (super convenient if not driving) but you’ll hear the train at night.

Wm. Farmer is a collection of renovated buildings close to the Hudson River waterfront, the main building with a restaurant & bar, plus other buildings with additional rooms and common areas. Breakfast options are limited for early risers (before 8am), there's a coffee shop in the train station a few blocks away. A coffee maker is provided in the rooms. The next street over has some restaurants and small grocers.

This is a nice simple place to stay at when what you are looking for is a nice bed and a clean bathroom and a good location. If you want the four seasons or a spa, this is not for you. But you’re looking for a nice simple place to use as your homebase while you’re visiting Hudson this is an excellent choice.

Cute room way up high. The hot water was reluctant at first but eventually found us. The room was well appointed and cozy. Walking distance to in-town attractions. Dined in one night: Delicious oysters and stellar fried chicken (gluten free!).

Highly recommend! We had our honeymoon here and it was a very beautiful historic building, very clean, and a very well-decorated room. Comfy beds, gorgeous bathroom, and spacious; true to the photos. The staff were very warm and welcoming and quickly responsive. Only wish was that the TV in the community room was a smart TV because we wanted to watch the World Cup but the Regular TV did not have it available. Highly recommend a stay! Great access to local dining & shops. We would definitely stay again if we return to Hudson

The Schooner was a perfect apartment for two adults and a kid, with tons of space and a full kitchen. The staff were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It's a unique set of properties, and the common area was also really great. I would return to this hotel.
