"Read the reviews before booking. Intense disinfectant smell in the room’s carpet, drain flies everywhere, soft lumpy bed, amateur patching and maintenance, extremely outdated decor, corroded shower head, no elevator, no nearby restaurants, large bleached out spots in the hallway carpeting, recycled breakfast items i.e. crushed plastic-wrapped waffles served each day. Will not stay here again. Was looking for an affordable alternative to sky high rates for IU homecoming. "
