"decent stay for family"

"All went well for an overnight stay on a trip through NY State."

"Clean room, good breakfast and Helpful staff"

"Excellent stay, super clean and friendly!"

"Great location convenient to shopping and dinning ."

"Was a good stay"

"For what I needed, the stay was just fine. Rooms felt extra clean and close to my venue. I’d stay here again!"

"The room facilities were quite outdated, but still acceptable. However, we also encountered bedbugs, which was extremely concerning. On a cold morning, the hotel served cold slices of bread and yogurt that was more than two months past its best-before date. We reported the issue but never received any response. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel."

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location is great - very close to both universities."

"The reservation was denied. The hotel said they do not do business with Travelocity. I have paid for a room for which I was denied."

"Extremely dirty, bed sheets were stained. Found bed bugs on us after we left, checked our room prior to staying but apparently missed them. Stay away. "

"Wonderful stay with plentiful breakfast, amazing views and close to so many attractions, wineries, and restaurants."

"Ac working clean rooms friendly staff"

"beautiful!"

"We were disappointed almost as soon as we entered our room. Although it was clean, it was crammed full of furniture with little floor space. The bathroom sink did not drain. We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink. It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that."
