Allegheny Plateau 2 Stars Hotels

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the amazing views. It was the perfect place to...

Nice place to stay while visiting Alfred U. Clean room, included breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable mattress. Would stay here again.

The Houghton Inn is a gem. The friendliness of the staff and peace you feel makes it stand out.

The front desk lady was extremely nice. She had a whole list of different places if they door dashed, delivered or take out. She was very thorough. Since we live within 50 miles there was an additional hold on my card. She explained why and what will happen. I didn't like it but she made it sound like no biggie and made me still want to stay. She was very helpful, nice and very caring. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, modern hotel. Breakfast is so good, with many fresh baked pastries and breakfast pizza. There is also a brewery right next door, so that is a bonus! Highly recommend.

Great breakfast choices! Also, many thanks for sending my cell phone back to me!!

Trevor rocks!

Being winter, it was very quiet, but that is what we wanted. It was easy to drive to the parking lot as it was clear of ice and snow. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. Sleeping was very easy to do. We loved being so close to the church and the downtown stores and restaurants.

It was wonderful. We didn't get in til about 8pm and left after breakfast, but wish we could have had more time to enjoy the wonderful front porch. Sat out there with a bottle of wine from about 9 - 11pm and could have sat out there all night! Breakfast was to die for.....we did not need lunch. Thanks Joan.

The staff at this hotel were the most welcoming and friendly I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained as was the lobby. They went above and beyond to make sure patrons had everything they needed and then some. I would not hesitate to return or refer.

My friend and family went up for a weekend to do a self guided wine tour. My best friend and I share a birthday and we were celebrating! We booked at this hotel not knowing anything about it. Right from the start the owner was incredibly nice and welcoming she found out we were celebrating our birthday. The rooms were personal cute and clean. The next morning we went to the continental breakfast and see the owner's little boy bringing out a special birthday cake and cookies she purchased just...

Room was clean and had stove, fridge, coffee pot etc. Restaurant on property and staff was very nice!

Cozy motel that is doing everything right. Super clean and in good repair. Every staff member I came across smiled and said hello.

Beautiful property and location. Geese, ducks and swans are everywhere upon arrival. The desk staff (Carolyn ) and manager (Barb) were more than welcoming. Glimpses of zebra as you enter the parking area. The room is adjacent to the gift shop and restaurant. There are people everywhere during park hours. Safari disembarksation just outside your door !Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable. Of mention, there's no window at ALL in the room. There's nowhere to sit except the bed.
