The room was in poor condition, featuring broken items, a cracked and dirty tub, a broken light shade, and detached trim around the room. There was a significant amount of dust present.

The area surrounding the property was very nice. Short distance to the main strip was nice and just a short walk. The room itself was off. The floor itself was crooked and bowed with very little to the room, the curtains covered the AC and fan, the tv was quite old and small. It was a last minute choice and if given other options for the time i needed to stay, I would probably pick another place honestly.
