「check-in is extreme fast i would like to stay here again to check the new rooms」

「Room was clean and staff were very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Very basic hotel. The room was not cleaned during my stay (3 nights) and the breakfast was basic- bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. It was a fine stay but not super clean even when we arrived and we needed to wear shoes while in our room because the carpets were dirty.」

「The staff was very kind and very helpful when needed however, when I first got there, I noticed the TV wasn’t working. There was some weird crumbs in the bed and the shower had stains in it. I wasn’t unhappy, but definitely would like to feel comfortable on taking a shower if needed. I got the TV fixed the remote needed batteries that wasn’t a big deal. Some of the random crumbs in the bed that was made for us was a little odd, but overall not too bad.」

「The first room they put me in has mold around the shower, the shower was dirty, and trash still on the floor, moved rooms and mold on the ceiling above the shower, pool towels in the room, and rooms smelled like mildew. Only one member of the staff was truly amazing.」

「The corners of the room were stained and rather filthy looking. The room itself was comfortable, but it could use a thorough cleaning.」

「Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.」

「The pool is a green swamp in the middle of the parking lot by the roadside. Towels were stained. Not impressed a all!!!!!!!!!!!」
