The staff was friendly and the area was safe. Close to amenities and a large grocery store. However, the carpet was really old and there was a hole in the floor in the main walkway by the front of the bed. If you were not careful you could twist your ankle. When we opened the sofa bed for the kids to sleep it had trash in it including a small liquor bottle. We had to clean it up and get new bedding.

We did not have a shower curtain, was told we had to wait until 9am for housekeeping to come in to get it. Found a tick crawling on a pillow. The bathroom did not have a lock and also was hard to shut as it was dragging on the floor. Definitely not staying here again.

Property definitely needs to undergo renovations. From outdated signage to leaking air handlers. Majority of staff was friendly and helpful. However day time desk manager seemed disinterested in service or resolution when came to missing item in room. Would recommend hotel after it undergoes a serious change. Location seemed perfect

The bathroom in our room still had shavings on the sink when we checked in our room. I told the housekeeper, she said she would take care of it. When we later returned to our room it was still there. I just cleaned and sanitized it myself.
