"It was for me a great experience, the people are nice, the living place is full of equipment , clean and with nice decoration
Outside there are some chairs in garden which make the experience more comfortable

"My stay with this hotel was nothing short of being excellent. I must comment on all the staff,especially the Manager, Erika. She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. Thankyou for making my stay here an unforgettable and memorable one.

"I am so glad that my friend and I stayed here during our stay in Vienna. Check in was a breeze, especially with their online process before hand! Definitely take advantage of it. The coffee machine in the lobby that is available for a big chunk of the day was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and very modern! All of the kitchen amenities were awesome! The staff was beyond helpful and kind, especially when I realized I hadn’t booked my stay long enough and needed an extra night. The area around the hotel was nice, lots of restaurants (highly recommend The Nice Guys and Coffee and Friends) and grocery and a quick 10 minute walk to a U line and 5 minute walk to a bus station. Would stay here again in a heart beat! "
