"Dog barking on the floor directly underneath. Was offered a room change, but already unpacked. Phone to call down to desk was inoperable. I had to call with my phone. While trying to figure out why phone doesn't work, found a cheese puff next to the bed frame.
Otherwise everything seemed really clean. Smelled clean. Will stay here again!!"

"The service desk guy was friendly and accommodating.
The room was nice, beds slept well.
The pool chemical was off or the filter wasn't working properly. but, my grandchildren enjoyed it anyway.
The breakfast was very good. It had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, pancakes, yogurt they dont skip on the items they offer. "
"I had a very pleasant experience here and would stay again. Kay and Celeste were very sweet and welcoming hosts. They prepared a tasty breakfast every morning and had fresh coffee. The room was small and the building is old so every step is squeaky, but that personally made it more charming for me! Bringing a fan for noise helped with sleeping. The bed in the Notrella room was very comfortable. There is a shared common room with a tv and a shared bathroom for a few of the rooms. The bathroom and room were clean but a little dusty. There is 1 small fridge that is shared. The town of Allerton is very small. We loved the kitties!! This place isn’t for everyone, but if you like small towns and historic buildings you’ll enjoy it."
"It wasn't completely booked and I stayed downstairs but a very active family was put in the room above me. Running, jumping is never ok in a 2nd floor room and some people are just too stupid to know that!"
