    I arrived at 2am Tuesday morning, my reservation was for 7 days. I understand the hotel was under renovation but thats no excuse for the room to be in the standard it was in. Got up to my room to find there was no hot water, countless pubic hairs on the bed, built up mould in the bathroom that hasn't been scrub for god knows how long and to top it off i find blood drops on the dooner which had no dooner cover either. I slept on the floor for a couple of hours and walked out. I cant believe your company would have something like that on your site. Disgusting!!…

    We drove past the hotel without knowing. There was not a sign there. When we checked-in the hotel didnt have our name in the system. It took around 15 mins that the front lady was trying to find my name in the system. We we took the lift up to the 3rd floor the condition is very very bad. There was mold everywhere. The main lock on the door is fine but the key chain was broken. The whole on the door was stuff badly with piece of toilet paper. I know the hotel wasnt a 5-star but at least for the customer, i dont feel very safe in the hotel and the area. If you drive a car is difficult to get around. We decided to change the hotel an hour later after. Worst experiences every for me…
