「A bit far from St Marco.
Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional.
All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that?

「Staff responded quickly when we had some issues with checking in and shutters and sink.
Room was clean and tended to daily.
All our questions were answered by staff even though not on site. On last day staff took our luggage downstairs and across first bridge as we headed out to airport offering water and snacks.」
「Great location. 3 minutes walk from water bus station; one supermarket and one cosmetic shop nearby in the alley; two minutes walk from main street; lots of restaurants to choose. Fair price to stay in such a great place.」

with kids, they can prepare the kids bed too.

「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.」
"Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again.
