「The entire staff of Hotel Reisner was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help us. Selim,at the front desk, and Mona, who cleaned our room, were extraordinary. During his break, Selim directed us to the nearest metro station, and Mona showed us how to adjust our air-conditioning and then checked back with us 15 minutes later to ensure we were comfortable. 「離地鐵站真的很近於Porte de Vincennes站出來走不到100公尺就到了，除地鐵外，飯店前面也有輕軌車可以做，附近也很多的巴士站，房間雖然沒有很大，但是床鋪棉被非常的舒適，清潔度不錯．另外牆上有掛著備用的枕頭，房間迎賓有送一瓶礦泉水及一包小軟糖，但礦泉水及軟糖因為是迎賓第一天才有，若是有連續住幾天後面是沒有給的，飯店有電梯，不過不大只能站入1位大人及2個28吋的皮箱，若行李及人多可能需要分個2~3趟.」

「Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. There was always someone available at the front desk, which was convenient for us because we had to catch a 6am train on the morning we departed. One of the few hotels that we found that actually had a 2nd bed for our son and not just a sleeper sofa. The air conditioner also worked amazing, which is a hard find in Europe 」
