Will definitely stay with them again next time to Istanbul. PS. The only thing to avoid is taking the trams, always too crowded.」

「I feel staff are somewhat friendly, especially the cleaner and restaurant staff. But in general I'm afraid to stay in this hotel. terrified. We rent for the meeting room but hotel staff always don't give very precise information. They sometimes give me the impression that they are asking for extra payment in a extortion way. We are actually afraid of our safety during the time stayed. And hotel actually charged us addtional cleaing fee for appratently we did not make any damage to the carpet....
