「Bed is comfortable and breakfast was very nice」

「Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación del metro. Muchas opciones de comida alrededor. Se puede ir a pie a varias atracciones turísticas. La zona es segura.」

「Walking distance to the venues of the Milan Design Week. Conveniently located. The managing staff was very friendly to greet us and helped with the luggages. We liked the breakfast. The property was a bit dated but the it has a pantry and breakfast table which gives more space. It was nice that all the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary. 」

「really good」

「Stay was fine however there were some things to note. The 24 reception was not 24-hour staffed, there was no breakfast available onsite and no telephone in the room to contact anyone in case of an emergency. Had these details been made clearer at the time of booking, I may have reconsidered staying here. The hotel is also tucked away on a residential street, rather than in an obvious hotel setting with no clear signage. This can be a little off-putting on arrival and makes the property...

「The room is somewhat dusty. I personally feel there is a faint odour in the bathroom, though not enough to warrant a change or a report to staff; but perhaps it is just my family and me.」

「酒店交通十分方便，而且很近中央火車站，在附近找吃及購物都很好。酒店大部分服務及設施都不錯，只是第一天入住大約 7:00PM 全酒店停電了，我們在大堂等了約 45 分鐘才回復正常。」

「Everything is good」

「High ceiling spacious apt in excellent location. This place looks better in their pictures. Mold in grout of shower due to constant dampness. It’s a very basic no frills living space. It’s the first time in a rental space like this where there was no paper towels, no dish soap and only a few drops of shower gel. No shelf or caddy to put any shower products in shower. Plenty of dishware to host a party but it would have been more useful for us to have other basics. Thank goodness for the big fan...

「Bath room leaking so changed to another room but that room heating is somehow not working properly」
