「Excellent excellent excellent everything is just excellent Good location good quality good bed good comfort good pillows good water good shampoo good service 」

「We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip.」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「really good」

「Location was what we needed.」

「整體感覺非常好，乾淨舒適， 酒店位於商業區 週末到步時比較寧靜， 近地鐵站，方便出行，坐地鐵去米蘭大教堂也很近。」

「This is a small boutique hotel tucked away in Milan near the Questura. A great location for those who are needing immigration or visa assistance. The room was clean and lovely. The elevator was working off and on during our stay so be aware as there are four long flights of stairs to conquer. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.」

「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

「During our stay, the hotel front desk staff and the breakfast restaurant staff warmly welcomed us and provided very attentive service.」

「Everything is good」
