Great 3 nught stay. Walking distance to the action. Enjoyed the water bottle refill station. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and answered any questions. Hanover street is the place for dinner, and is a short walk away

Fantastic stay minutes from the North End. We parked the car with the very friendly valet team, and were able to walk everywhere for the remainder of our stay. Room was extremely spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel cafe and bar were a great place to start and finish our days. Highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, single, or business travellers.

Woefully under-staffed which sadly made the whole stay disappointing. Staff were kind and helpful but could not service the guests adequately. Hugely apologetic valet/bellman who wasn’t there when we arrived as he needed a comfort break and no one to cover him. Housekeeping had no rooms ready until 5pm despite a 3pm check in. Housekeeping had to be called 3 times to bring pillows. Breakfast had a full dining room with only 3 very hard working staff trying to cover. In addition the rooms were small and not well designed. Such a shame as we like the Langham in London and New York but compared to the Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental or Four Seasons it’s competing with the whole experience was disappointing at best. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous despite all the challenges they were working in

Very excellent hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Boston. Would definitely return.
