「The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.」

「Inn itself is pretty. Room was clean for the most part, and beds were comfy. Our only issue was with the person who checked us in and with whom we interacted throughout our stay. We arrived 15 minutes prior to check-in to find a sign on the door teeling us to call a number to check in. The call went to voicemail both times that I called, and right after the 2nd call, a woman opened the door. She made it a point to passively aggressively remind us that we were early (a whole 15 minutes!) & tell...

「Very convenient to the Northampton fairgrounds. Nice room, clean, comfortable. The chain on the door didn’t attach to anything. Ground floor windows didn’t all lock. Trish was pleasant to talk to and the system they have in place for late arrivals is easy and convenient.」

「Nice hotel located in downtown. The town is not so busy but served as a good stop off. No available parking was challenging but there are nearby car parks. Nice breakfast.」
