「當天才被告知，被安排到另一間飯店Quechua Plaza Hotel，其實就是Hotel Qarmenqa。 入住的當下，房間根本沒準備好，所以被安排另一間房間。 結果該房間的衣櫃和浴室還有別人的物品，本來不以為意，但到了晚上時，飯店人員來敲門，結果那間房間根本是別人還沒退房的房間。」

「The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. The only minor issue was that the curtains in the room were a bit too light-colored, which let in quite a bit of light at night and affected sleep. 」

「The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. 「Hotel is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly. They kindly stored our luggage prior to our trip to Matchu Picchu and that was very helpful.
