There also was a ton of ants and spiders in the bathroom but as it is basically outside that came expected. If you are staying in the dome, be prepared to hear everything that is going on outside till at least 10 at night」

「Check in policy is unclear. The cash policy is listed in FAQ but not noted in the auto message after booking or clearly displayed. It is also misleading when you’re required to leave a credit card for booking. Upon arrival I was told I had to make multiple transactions and my credit card company flagged it as fraud. 「Owners and staff were amazing. They lined up private tuktuks and boats when needed and gave great suggestions for places to visit on the lake. 10/10 recommend 」

「Somethings were amazing, the staff, the clean rooms, the wonderful food, and beautiful grounds, and magical massages. Somethings were less than wonderful, but take the good with the bad. The hot water is more along the line of warmish water. My rooms door knob broke, but was fixed the next day. 」

「This was a most spectacular and breathtaking place to stay. We got the top view. A bit of a hike up but so worth it. We got to lay in bed and look out to the stars, daybreak and volcanos. From the balcony we could see the lake. I loved the open private bathroom and our own sitting area. Definitely glamping. The next surprise was the restaurant there. Like having your own private chef. My husband always finds the most amazing places to stay. So friendly and loved the dogs. 」
