"This is a great resort with amazing kind staff. It has two pools. The indoor pool is open all year and the water is nice and warm. You can do lap swimming in one section and chill in the other. It has a Sauna, tons of gym equipment including table tennis tablesbl, exercise bikes etc. The cafe is open from 9 to 9 weekdays and 10 AM to 9 PM on weekends. "I had a very disappointing experience at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel felt very cheap and located in a poor area. There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. They were also irresponsible about receiving packages — they refused to help with a package that arrived after checkout. Breakfast was weak and very limited, and the coffee was honestly terrible. Definitely not worth the experience I had, and I would not recommend this hotel."
