「Le lieu est sympa, le systeme de bungalows assez grands permet d’avoir plus de liberté. Par contre mis à part le jardin très fleuri et bien entretenu, dans la chambre la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le mur de la chambre était abîmé par l’humidité. 「Wir hatten reserviert für 3 Personen. Als wir ankamen, hat uns eine sehr gelangweilte und unfreundliche Dame empfangen. Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen bemerkten wir, dass das 3. Bett noch nicht gemacht war. Es war so vorzufinden wie vom letzten Gast hinterlassen. 「The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. 「The hotel is very new and clean, and it was a pleasure to be there. During the day, it was a bit noisy due to construction nearby, but quiet at night. I appreciated the iron and ironing board in the hallway. The receptionist was not always there, which can be annoying if you have a late check-in. There was no AC and no breakfast options yet, but I believe the hotel is still under development. Overall, I'd recommend staying there again!」

「Stayed here for a weekend break and it’s a great location especially if you’re travelling from Tbilisi because all the transport stops almost right outside. The staff were helpful and it is walking distance from everything you want to see in Yerevan. Lovely food in the restaurant and clean but basic rooms which is fine.」
