We enjoyed every minute of our stay at RIS. The staff and management were friendly and responsive and resolved any issues we had, which were not many. I have no reservations recommending this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Yerevan and wants to enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped apartment. There is also a mall next to it, with grocery and dining options.

A Truly Exceptional Stay! My parents had to stay in Armenia for three weeks due to visa-related matters, and finding this hotel was nothing short of a miracle. The staff, especially Sara and Maryam, were absolutely amazing—kind, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to helping my parents in every possible way. Their support and hospitality made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

Very nice place, the staff is amazing and I love the design of the room. Only thing is it's a bit noisy with the Big street outside. And the Uber driver never get the adresse right need to tell them to go to the mall.

Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. Thank you.

The apartment is top class, has everything you need and more. Mariam the general manager is excellent. She cares about people and has a personal touch. It has a mall next to it which is convenient but it is away from the heart of the city and you need a taxi to get in though a very short ride. Otherwise the area around is not very appealing. They need higher speed internet as Netflix doesn't work and even YouTube is sluggish and cable TV did not work.

the building and the apartment is good but The problem is that the building on the 12th floor is under construction and it makes a lot of huge noise and it is not possible to rest inside the apartment during the day. And I am unhappy about it

Anna, the receptionist, was such a breath of fresh air. We arrived very late in the evening and she arranged our transit and made our check in a seamless process. The cleaners were amazing and our rooms were spotless everyday. There is 24/7 security in the building and you cannot enter without a key. It made traveling with 5 women easy and comfortable. I even forgot my pair of jeans at our room and Anna was gracious enough to ship it back to the states for me. Seriously couldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment more. It was a home away from home. To make things better, we were only 6-7 minutes away from the Republic Square. Thank you so so much to the amazing staff at RIS DALMA!

Fantastic apartments - Incredible staff

This place is not really a hotel in the traditional sense, it’s a group of fully serviced apartments in a multi-purpose building. But if that’s what you’re looking for, RIS Dalma is absolutely the best you’ll find. Apartments are tastefully decorated and are so complete in terms of equipment and amenities that you’ll want to live there forever. Staff are very friendly and professional and really go out of their way to help guests. In particular, I want to thank Maryam at the reception for being an amazing help every time. There is a large shopping mall a few steps away, which has a large supermarket for everything you’ll need.

Clean spacious apartment

Clean and spacious apartment with a great open view of the city. Good internet in the living area, but not that great in the bedroom. Good shower with unlimited hot water. Good bright lights. TV could be bigger with better channels. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
