Perfect atmosphere

The rooms were clean and very comfortable They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Very friendly stuff , I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Yerevan , its very close to the very famous cultural market (Vernisaj)

Great hotel in few steps from Republic square, great place to stay in Yerevan. Staff is very attentive, room is sparkling clean every day and breakfast has a lot of fresh options hot and cold, plenty of fruit, vegetables and tasty conserves Wifi was good for me, i stayed on 3rd floor These is construction site nearby but, there was no work there, so no noise. I stayed Fri- Tue Highly recommended hotel!

Excellent customer service 👏

From check in to check out, everyone was warm and welcoming! We arrived at 6am and the receptionist welcomed us warmly! The room was spacious and has everything one would want in a hotel room. I was impressed that not just one, but a few of the receptionists called us by name! That's amazing, considering we were only 5 nights there! Truly a homey feeling. The only complaint would be better coffee! It tasted like instant coffee. Overall, breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruits.

Overall a decent experience. We only stayed a few hours because our flight arrived at 4 am. The hotel organized a taxi to pick us up. The main problem for us was that shower did not work. At 5 am we just wanted to go to bed, so did not call maintenance because we did not want to stay up later. The front desk was apologetic when we checked out and said we should have called because they have 24/7 maintenance.

Extremely clean hotel. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception who are ready to help you every minute of the day. Very nice cleaning ladies. Staff in the dining room work diligently to make sure all the dirty plates are removed and clean tables are ready. Immediately replenish the plates at the buffet and greet you with a smile. Of course the General Manager is there at every footstep checking all operations are running smoothly. During my stay tourists were from Canada, France, Germany, Middle East, London, Greece who greeted each other and talked about their trips and volunteer work they are doing. Great hotel to stay, will go back. I will recommend to my friends.

Great stay with a question mark

The hotel from most points of view is great. However the stuff should have more authority and freedom for generosity. I arrived at 7am ; asking for coffee from breakfast room created a problem while next day was promised box breakfast for an early trip , which was forgotten —> I missed their wonderful breakfast although I paid for it . Reception should be more flexible; public relations are more important than one breakfast.
