「At first I was taken aback by what I booked, I hadn't done any research on the area or the property. It's in a sort of remote village, there's a nearby supermarket. I recommend getting your own snacks and drinks before getting there as the walk to the market isn't mostly flat. The place is basically a farmhouse, super cozy and has a classic, simple vibe. The room was basic, comfortable bed, a desk, no AC (the area is somewhat cold), but a fan was provided. You get basic toiletries but the...

「It was great😍」

「Staff is very friendly, breakfasts are always good」

「The staff were very mixed, some were helpful and very friendly, while others were near hostile and unwilling to help at all. The bar tenders were nice and funny, the spa staff, especially masseuse Rosie, were lovely. The doormen were great. The carpeted floors were stained, but there wasn't a smell in the rooms or hallways. The cleaning service was odd, as they forgot to give me new towels after removing the used ones a couple of times and didn't replace the toilet paper or shampoo when needed....

「My parents stayed there. They like it.」

「Clean , breakfast」

「Very convenient, easy access by car. Excellent customer service.」

「Everybody has problems with opening of the room door. Sometimes it worked and most of time we had to ask for help. The location was far from tourist attraction with lots of traffic and wate of time.」
