For the price this place is fantastic and very accommodating to my budget, the staff are very helpful, the amenities offer everything you would need, and the physical location of where the hotel is situated was also very convenient. Next time I am in Yerevan I will be sure to go with My Hotel Yerevan once again.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and the ladies do a great job cleaning it every day. The location is central - walking distance from main sights. Highly recommend.

Room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Was able to walk to all attractions in the city and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The hotel was generally fine.. the rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful.. The location was convenient, and the check in process was smooth.. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing with very limited options and not much variety or freshness.. Overall it’s an okay place for a short stay but the breakfast definitely needs improvement..

It is spacious! The bedroom is actually upstairs- on a mezzanine. Very central location yet quiet - my apt was overlooking the courtyard.

Wonderful stay! The apartment can be a little hard to find and easy to miss, so make sure to read the directions from the manager clearly. Other than that, the apartment is nicely sized and has all the amenities one would need and expect, and in great working order. The location is also very central and easy to get to the tourist sites around Yerevan. Would stay again!

The hotel was very clean, good location, staff were very friendly and accomodating (I had surgery during my visit and the hotel staff helped to ensure I had all I needed and even looked after some frozen peas for me!). There was only a minor issue with the toilet flush sometimes not working, and the mini freezer in the fridge. Overall my partner and I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yerevan.

Good location, accommodation ok, service superb.

My room was in My Apartments around the corner but the location was excellent. Apartment itself was basic but fine. No blind on the skylight window which meant it got light early. And there was a couple of long hairs on the bed sheet. And the WiFi instructions had the wrong network listed. Other than that though, good value, and the service was fantastic - constant communication through whatsapp and very accommodating.

Good location and decent choice

Decent place. Sort of smaller room. Good location, a bit tough to find; it is behind the address of the building in a parking lot. My room had some noise that came up from lobby. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Väldigt fint hotell!

Skulle stanna i några timmar för att ta flyget dagen därpå. Jag hade tydligen bokat en lägenhet men jag bad att få ett hotellrum för mig och mina två pojkar. Hotellet gick mitt önskemål till mötes trots att hotellrummet var dyrare. Det är ett litet hotell med en mycket trevlig personal och framför allt manager. Det första intrycket är att det är ett ställe där man kan få riktig vila. Jag har sällan sett så rent hotellrun och badrummet var ännu bättre. Jag rekommenderar det varmt om du är ute efter ett jätterent hotell som tillgodoser alla dina behov. Bor gärna där igen om jag är tillbaka. Kurdo Kurdsson

В отеле Вас встретят как дорогих гостей-радушно и гостеприимно. Регистрация на ресепшен и заселение-очень быстро. Номер семейный (тип-двухместный, мансарда) на 3-м этаже (лифта нет, но обязательно помогут донести вещи). Чисто, уютно, площадь номера соответствует заявленной. Индивидуальный кондиционер с логичным управлением. Чайный уголок и набор (единственное, только, нас было двое, а пакетиков чая и кофе было всего по 2. На вечер не разгуляешься:)). Две бутылки воды в качестве приветствия. Но, это не проблема, т.к. из крана течет чистая и вкусная вода. В холодильнике–минибар (без спирного). Душ, туалет в номере. Горячая вода была всегда. Напор достаточный. Постельные принадлежности-без нареканий. Ежедневно уборка в номере. Качество приема телесигнала отличное, количество каналов достаточное. WiFi сигнал без нареканий. Завтраки европейского типа, разнообразные, всего достаточно. Все свежее и горячее. Если желаете выпить кофе, то его немедленно сварят на кухне. В вечернее время работает миниресторан с возможностью приема и доставки заказа в номер. Отель расположен во дворе жилых домов и потому очень тихо. В шаговой доступности несколько ресторанов (а дальше, еще больше), супермаркет с пунктом обмена валют, множество магазинов с ассортиментом на любой вкус и парковые аллеи. До Вернисажа минут 20 пешком. До станции метро–7 минут. Мы остались довольны своим пребыванием и нисколько не пожалели о выборе! Благодарим персонал отеля за гостеприимство и прекрасное обслуживание
