"Nuestra experiencia en Akela Hotel Santa Marta fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue excelente. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y muy bien cuidada, y cada detalle hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más agradable. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue el personal: todas las empleadas fueron increíbles, súper amables, atentas, serviciales y siempre con una sonrisa. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle. Todo fue grandioso de principio a fin. Sin duda, recomendamos Akela Hotel al 100% y esperamos volver pronto. ¡Una experiencia maravillosa!"

"On day one we were in a standard room in tower 2 (newer tower out of the two on property) but there was water maintenance being done and we were without water for over 3 hours which was an inconvenience for us and the lock box was not working. The staff immediately offered us a room change to tower 1 to a jr suite and it was perfect! The view of the ocean and two pools from the balcony were beautiful. The one restaurant on property is delicious and good prices. The beach is also quirt and clean. Great for families."

"Excellent stay! Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The service was very good, the rooms were spectacular, and the pool was beautiful. The nightly show was also absolutely spectacular and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only recommendation I would give to international guests is to make sure they know how to identify the hotel staff when going out to the beach. Some of the beach vendors can be a little persistent and may approach guests frequently. As long as you can easily recognize the hotel employees and know who to ask for assistance, everything is perfect. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am very happy with my stay!"
