「Hotel is stunning, food options are great. Super close to the airport and easy to get around. The staff were amazing any time we needed anything The room was well stocked daily and cleaned to perfection. Couldn’t really ask for a better stay.」

「Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them. The property is doing...

「Not sure we had air for a while at night it got a bit uncomfortable. The place was a bit warm when we got there and the closets smelled moldy. It was unlucky that we could not swim in the beach but I am not sure you can swim on that beach any time or just that day. Service was not up to par in the front desk.」

「I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!」
