Great for families!

Great place for a family vacation! Spend a few days with my wife, one 3 year old and one 5 month baby, and we all had a great time.

The proximity of room to beach was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was fair, nothing special or out of ordinary. The breakfast first day was acceptable however the breakfast on second day was more of a 1 star hotel quality. I couldn’t eat any of it because it looked undercooked and very little of everything. Staff couldn’t deal with amount of people. The dinner meal we had first night was very delicious and appetizing.

Great hotel for the price. Staff was really friendly. Bar and food were good but service was slow. Great pool and huge sandy beaches. Noise from aircraft is irritating but not constant. Not a lot of outside the resort facilities nearby. Low cost friendly taxis always available. Would recommend for a family vacation spot.

The hotel staff is very friendly and they do a lot to entertain the guests. The pools are small and dirty, and some of the facilities were closed and under maintenance, and it is high season.

A really nice hotel

My stay was very good The rooms where clean, lovely and airy The beds comfortable The shower could be updated with a hand held option Option also to have a kettle for tea making in the room will be fantastic. It was difficult getting hot water for tea as the hotel seemed to cater only for coffee drinkers

Reception for checking in and out was very good. Service at the restaurant was excellent, especially for breakfast, and the food was good. The door to our room needed repair and was tended to quickly once we advised reception. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean, though the bathroom floor could have been better. One of the pools and the jacuzzi were closed for cleaning during our 3-day stay but the other pool was available and well maintained. Access to the beach is great, as is the service on the beach from the hotel. We will recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Danish family in Santa Marta

We had booked three nights and it was the third time we visited the hotel within ten years. The hotel staff are very service friendly and the rooms were clean and nice, although a little worn. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to a private beach. We had a lovely stay as always❤️
