"Was good in executive room. But the hair dryer wasn’t prepared, and when I asked, they tried to say they have it n guide me to find it. Since I’ve been staying this hotel quite often (3 months once) I told them was not there, 2 times, then they said they will deliver but they didn’t so I called again. I think it’s ok to miss out sometimes but when called, should send right away, as customer already lost patient when the hair is wet and couldn’t find the dryer. The good thing of staying often compare with many other hotels in town is bcoz this hotel has individual air-con, can switch off and can adjust. Sound proof, and room has window. The bed n mattress is good. Location is good. Often has some hotel which pic of room looks nice but the building itself looks very unsafe, don’t have sound proof at all and super cold n dry in the room due to centralized conditioning. Value to the money. Just this time wasn’t pleasant. "

"Great place to stay in New Taipei City. Only complaints is as a smoker (I know.) there is NOT a designated area as advertised; you have to go out to the street or behind hotel through the mall. The restaurant is a little bit weird also. have to buy a complete meal for each person; you can't just order a cup of coffee."

My wife wasn’t feeling well, she take a special trip to visit her and brought her drinks to see how she was doing. Can’t express the gratitude, and detail to attention all staff committed too. "
